General Terms & Conditions
- Free Site Inspections & Quotes.
- Trading hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday, Overtime rates shall apply where Works or transport are required outside of these trading hours
- A minimum labour charge of six (6) hours shall be charged in addition to the Price on Saturdays; and
- A minimum labour charge of eight (8) hours shall be charged in addition to the Price on Sundays.
- Works performed at night shall be in shifts of eight (8) hours only and additional allowances shall be applicable.
- Public holidays have an (8) hour minimum charge.
- Rigger hired with the crane will be charged at minimum crane hire hours.
- Crane rates are depot to depot.
- Dry hire equipment does not include rigging gear.
- Dry hire Mobilisation/Demobilisation fee TBA on hire
- Long term wet hire prices are negotiable
- All rates and surcharges are exclusive of GST
- Diesel Fuel Surcharge of 8% to be added to all crane & transport invoices.
Tenacity Cranes reserves the right to charge any additional costs, including but not limited to site allowances,
traffic control, inductions, travel costs including tolls and government fees.
