Tenacity Cranes started with a single crane and two staff servicing the local Southeast Queensland construction demand. Since then, it has grown into a company with a fleet of various cranes along with a diverse range of equipment to solve access problems across a wide range of industry sectors. Including mini cranes and low gross weight machinery to minimize impact and provide lifting in tight locations where surface conditions are a major consideration. Our staff have the correct skills and engineering backup to determine the correct equipment for your project no matter how small or large. Our planning team can design any lifting solution and back it up with tailored lift plans and equipment to suit any individual project requirements no matter how difficult.
Our company has built a broad client base in the private and public sector priding our company’s results with our client’s expectations. Some of our repeat customers include Spantech, Hutchinson, McNab, John Holland, Badge, amongst other public sector clients such as the Amberly Airbase for the RAAF and various local governments and agencies. The services we provide to these clients include rigging, lifting, lift planning, site fabrication, welding, steel erection, project management, provision of labour, access solutions and fitting, amongst a variety of other skills.
We have worked with our clients to achieve results outside of normal operating hours to minimize any potential impact on businesses and traffic disturbance. We regularly work with clients who have projects within shopping and business precincts and create solutions that provide positive results to reduce public interface to achieve zero harm outcomes. With prior planning great results can be achieved and guarantee project success.
At Tenacity Cranes, we value above all else the health and safety of our staff and clients with the highest regard and have an implemented strategy that includes property and the environment. We are constantly reviewing all our HSE and company policies striving for continuous improvement. Our company policy integrates documentation including pre-starts, safe work method statements, risk assessments, staff qualifications, planned machinery maintenance and daily inspections of equipment and conditions. Our fit-for-duty policy includes all our staff being randomly tested for alcohol and illegal drugs. Through reporting and key learnings, we have developed a culture where we are striving for a safe workplace and have created a toolbox meeting system where our staff can openly discuss any work problems or issues and continually improve.
